He has been instrumental in major transactions such as Discas Holdings, Ambient Technologies, and The Infopro, which was later acquired by Edison Ventures.

Adam’s expertise spans international markets, having represented and invested on behalf of high-net-worth individuals across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Caribbean Islands. His leadership has helped scale groundbreaking companies such as Aclipse Therapeutics, Ubiety, Stationhead, and Bloq. He has also co-founded and led multiple investment funds, including Convergent Private Equity and Convergent Long Short Fund. As an advisor to Intellectual Patents Inc. (IPI), Adam played a key role in funding Aptiviti Inc., now widely recognized as ETR.
