Andrew was a Managing Director at Marsh, one or the largest global insurance companies. Andrew directly managed Marsh's twelve global management facilities. Andrew as well served on industry advisory groups and Bermudian government advisory groups helping to keep Bermuda an attractive industry domicile and pass scrutiny with international watchdog organisations.
