David Rich Jones for the past 12 years has been running a successful property development, Investment and Leisure company with his wife Laura, Richstone Properties, in the UK, France and Mauritius. Richstone Collection has won some of the most prestigious awards for property development and execution.

Prior to 2012 David was one of the founders of Xchanging PLC, where he initially created and served as Chief Executive Officer of Xchanging Procurement Services Ltd part of the Xhanging Group a public company that traded over $1 Billion dollars on the London Stock Exchange. David then Headed Business Lines of Xchanging PLC, and was a Member of their Management Board responsible for Xchanging’s Procurement, Human Resources, IT Hosting and Finance & Accounting businesses with a turnover in excess of £350 million and a headcount of 1,200 staff. As part of this he was CEO of two joint ventures with Bae Systems in HR and Procurement.

David also served as President of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and Honorary Vice President of the NIGP in the USA. David joined Xchanging in 2000, from Caradon PLC where he served as Group Purchasing Director. Previously, he was Head of Global & Strategic Purchasing at Smithkline Beecham responsible for procurement across 70 countries and 5 business lines. Prior to this he was Group Purchasing Director (IT) for National W estminster Bank plc. David commenced his career in manufacturing as a sponsored graduate with GEC Marconi and then joined Cossor Electronics part of the Raytheon Group where he was responsible for Purchasing,Quality and Materials planning. He holds a degree in Business Studies and Diplome Superieur de La Chambre deCommerce de Paris.
